Should you upgrade?

As an enterprise, keep with your long term “Get Current” plan for both the tools and the application. You’ll have to decide whether the possible incremental changes available in the next release would justify postponing / shifting the workload two plus months.

Of course, the application improvements may be critical for your users and the real driver for this decision.

Should you update your personal R&D/ Test environment?

I currently have PUM 34 as my personal environment. I’m not going to update in the hopes that PeopleTools 8.58.07 or higher will be included with PUM 37.

If you are running anything less than PUM 34, I would consider this update.

Next Scheduled HCM PUM (37) release
